Putt Panic — Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Putt Panic mobile game and web app ("the App"), published by Christian App Creations ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you obtained it from.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- cheat, exploit bugs, or interfere with multiplayer, leaderboards, or other players;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App except where the law expressly permits;
- use display names or content that are unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringe others' rights;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our services.
We may remove content, reset entries, or restrict access for violations.
In-app purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; they are subject to those providers' terms. Consumable items (such as tips) are not refundable once delivered. Non-consumable items can be restored on supported platforms. Refund requests are handled by the applicable app store under its policies.
Virtual items
Stars, cosmetics, and other in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be changed or discontinued. They are licensed, not sold, to you for use within the App.
User content
Any display name or text you submit must comply with these Terms. You are responsible for what you submit, and you grant us the right to display it within the App's features (for example, on leaderboards or in multiplayer).
Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
